Please review our terms before booking a service

Liability Disclaimer

Accidents do rarely happen and are expected in the line of business. Stratum Computer Repair is not liable for any accidents or damages except in cases of proven negligence. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Service Terms

  • All repair services include a $15 diagnostic fee for assessment and evaluation, in addition to the base service price. This fee applies to all service calls, including instances where you choose not to proceed with repairs after the diagnostic.
  • Pricing estimates are provided after diagnostics and may vary based on the complexity of the issue and required parts.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Zelle and cash only.
  • Turnaround time varies by service complexity. Most repairs are completed on site or within 1-3 business days.

Travel & Service Area

  • Free mobile service within 5 miles of our shop location (77450).
  • $10 travel fee for service between 5-10 miles from our location.
  • Maximum service area is 10 miles from Katy, TX 77450.
  • Drop-off service is available at 21311 Park Run Drive, Katy, TX 77450.

Data & Privacy

  • We recommend backing up your data before any service. Stratum Computer Repair is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
  • Your privacy is important. We will never access your personal files without explicit permission for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Contact information is used solely for appointment scheduling and service updates.

Warranty & Guarantees

  • All services come with a 7-day warranty on labor. If the same issue reoccurs, we'll fix it free of charge.
  • Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty when applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse after service.
